1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility and Registration

Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in the Account will be returned to the deposit source after deduction of any winnings generated.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual player may hold only one Account on cb77.xyz. Operating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. cb77 reserves the right to permanently close all accounts associated with a single individual and to forfeit any balances held therein if duplicate accounts are detected.

3.5 Account Security. Upon registration, you will be required to set a secure password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify cb77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. cb77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4 Account Management

4.1 KYC Verification. cb77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Document submission does not guarantee verification approval — cb77 may require additional supporting documentation where the initial submission is insufficient.

4.2 Verification Before Withdrawal. No withdrawal will be processed from an Account that has not completed KYC verification. cb77 may, at its discretion, pause all withdrawal requests pending the completion of KYC on any Account, regardless of the account's transaction history.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. cb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the Player poses a risk management concern. In the event of closure due to suspected fraud or terms breach, the Account Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. cb77 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive accounts after this initial 12-month period, deducted from any remaining Balance. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed without further notice.

4.5 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any confirmed Balance at the time of closure that exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cb77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Available payment methods may vary based on the Player's location and the current operational status of each payment partner.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on cb77 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account Balance and will be returned to the originating payment method, less any transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Account Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank card or bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in the Account Balance. cb77 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.6 Own Funds Only. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. cb77 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, cb77 reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the receiving Account pending investigation.

5.7 Withdrawal to Deposit Source. cb77 applies an anti-money-laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements must be agreed with the cb77 support team prior to the withdrawal request being submitted.

5.8 Currency. All Account Balances on cb77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in BDT. cb77 is not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by a Player's bank or payment provider.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility. Promotional bonuses are available to eligible Players as specified in each individual promotion's terms. cb77 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account standing, verification status, deposit history, or geographic location.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions page. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

6.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus funds that remain unused and wagering requirements that remain unmet at the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited without compensation.

Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account at the time of withdrawal of an offer will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the bets and wagers you place on cb77. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player except where the Platform's own rules expressly permit bet cancellation.

7.2 Bet Settlement. All bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game.
